Sip & Snack was developed during lockdown. It's a platform pairing snacks typically available from corner shops and supermarkets across the UK, with high quality wines. 

The aim is to explore some of the principles of food and wine pairing using widely available - and let's face it, delicious - snacks, in order to debunk the myth that there are "appropriate" contexts for fine wine - from the menu, the setting and the glassware, to the food.
